Recruitment Consultant – 360, Client or Delivery Focused

About the role

Join CD Recruitment in Epsom, Surrey as a Recruitment Consultant and help build Go‑to‑Market teams for leading AI, Data, Cyber and SaaS companies. You will work in a high‑performance environment, focusing on either 360, client‑focused or delivery‑focused recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place elite Go‑to‑Market professionals for hyper‑growth tech firms.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Drive business development activities, including networking and pipeline building.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and the L&D team to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven success in a 360, delivery or business‑development recruitment role.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, coachable attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high‑performance team.
• Tech recruitment experience is a plus, especially with Go‑to‑Market placements.
