Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality Tech & IT

About the role

We are expanding our Bristol team and need a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to lead the growth of our Hospitality Tech/IT desk. You will work closely with both candidates and clients, delivering high‑quality service while driving new business in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place talent across hospitality technology and IT roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using our existing database and new sourcing methods.
• Develop relationships with client organisations, understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the London team on client meetings, events and regular travel for business development.

Required profile

• Career‑driven with a strong desire to succeed in a rapidly expanding business.
• Previous agency recruitment experience is preferred, especially within hospitality or technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑starter who can manage time, priorities and a busy desk independently.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Strong sales and account‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously.
