Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join Fruition Group’s fast‑growing Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace and Defence practice. Reporting to the Managing Consultant, you will work alongside senior consultants and help expand our US client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage contract candidates in the advanced engineering sector across the United States.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, internal databases and professional networks.
• Write and publish job adverts, screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Present offers, manage negotiations and handle candidate rejections.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective client organisations.
• Attend client meetings to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the US market.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to develop a personal book of business.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and think creatively about sourcing strategies.
