Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Chroma Recruitment is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its specialist teams in Tech & Digital, Engineering, and Care. This is a sales‑focused, 360‑recruitment position where you will build and manage your own desk, developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent using CRM systems, LinkedIn, job boards and personal networks.
• Create compelling job adverts and promote vacancies across multiple channels.
• Conduct video and telephone screenings to qualify candidates.
• Facilitate negotiations and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from CV submission to offer acceptance.
• Leverage social media to build a personal brand and expand candidate reach.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred.
• Self‑starter with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent relationship‑building and organisational abilities.
• Passion for innovation and contributing new ideas.
