Recruitment Consultant – £40k‑£200k OTE, Legal Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Southend office, delivering recruitment services to US‑based legal firms. The role focuses on sourcing high‑quality candidates, managing client relationships and driving revenue in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a high volume of candidate leads (1000+ per week).
• Contact and qualify candidates, making hundreds of calls daily.
• Maintain and grow relationships with top law firms, handling 20+ client leads each week.
• Follow the established recruitment process and meet billing targets, with top recruiters exceeding £100k per month.
• Work US business hours (10:00‑20:30 Mon‑Thu, reduced Friday) to support client time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or similar sales‑driven role.
• Willingness to work long hours covering US time zones.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of high earnings.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑call, high‑volume environment.
