Recruitment Consultant – Tech Recruitment

About the role

This is an opportunity to launch a career in tech recruitment with a specialist agency that builds Go‑To‑Market teams for leading names in AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech and martech. You will receive structured training from day one and work with fast‑growing and enterprise technology businesses across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place elite talent in software sales, sales engineering and other technical roles.
• Partner with tech companies to understand their commercial hiring needs and help scale their teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews and negotiate offers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Required profile

• A graduate with at least 12 months of sales experience looking to transition into recruitment, or an experienced recruiter seeking accelerated earnings.
• Commercially minded, competitive and motivated by results.
• Enjoys building relationships in a target‑driven environment.
