Recruitment & HR Admin Assistant (Temporary, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking two enthusiastic Recruitment & HR Admin Assistants to join our fast‑paced team on a three‑month contract. The role is hybrid, with 1‑2 days per week in our Southampton office, supporting the full recruitment and onboarding cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding activities such as preparing new‑starter documentation and updating HR systems.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a broader HR role is preferred.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
