Recruitment Manager – In‑house Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Manager to grow the recruitment arm of our HR outsourcing business. You will operate as an in‑house talent acquisition specialist while working from our office, combining the best of consultancy and internal hiring approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with HR clients.
• Identify, attract and place the best candidates for client roles.
• Collaborate with our internal HR team to draft job descriptions and manage onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of talent and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Support the development of recruitment strategies and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either consultancy‑based or in‑house.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, tenacious and eager to deliver results for clients.
