About the role
Responsive Personnel is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Refuse Loaders in Salisbury. This full‑time position involves collecting and loading household waste, working outdoors in a dynamic environment while representing the company to local residents.
Key responsibilities
- Collect refuse from customers' homes across Salisbury.
- Load waste into collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety procedures, wearing supplied protective clothing.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely collections.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Polite and customer‑focused attitude.
