Regional Commercial Manager – Francophone & North Africa

About the role

Zepz is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to own the P&L for its Francophone and North Africa markets. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Performance, you will act as the commercial architect for the region, driving revenue growth and aligning cross‑functional teams around a shared commercial agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the regional P&L, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Define and execute the commercial strategy in partnership with Marketing and Business Development.
• Mobilise and coordinate internal functions to remove obstacles and accelerate performance.
• Serve as the primary commercial voice for the region, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product and pricing decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial leadership within Francophone or North African markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
