Regional Manager – Multi‑Site Retail Operations

About the role

Quest Search & Selection is seeking a confident Regional Manager to oversee a multi‑site, multi‑brand retail business spanning retail, technology and food sectors. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight to drive performance across an island‑wide store network.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand compliance and operational excellence across all stores on the island.
• Report directly to the Retail Director and lead a complex multi‑site operation.
• Manage Store Managers and senior trading leaders, partnering with Finance, HR and UK stakeholders.
• Maximise product availability, operational efficiency and legal/brand standards.
• Inspire large teams and make decisive, performance‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple stores or a regional portfolio in a flagship, area or regional capacity.
• Background in a multi‑brand or franchise environment, preferably within high‑street fashion, home, food, technology, beauty or general merchandise.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set high standards and drive accountability.
• Ability to build relationships with senior internal and external partners.
