Regional Performance Manager – Swindon & Milton Keynes

About the role

The Regional Performance Manager will lead the retail merchandising teams across Swindon and Milton Keynes, ensuring the delivery of the retail plan, sales targets and high‑quality customer service. You will coach and develop merchandisers, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute the regional retail plan while maintaining operating standards.
• Monitor store sales performance and visual merchandising consistency.
• Coach and support merchandisers to achieve KPI targets.
• Analyse performance data, create action plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage payroll and expense budgets for the region.
• Identify under‑performing stores and develop robust performance‑boosting plans.
• Ensure compliance with promotional and trading activities.
• Communicate regional objectives and best practices to all teams.
