Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for an international ventilation and air‑movement product company serving commercial, industrial and residential markets across the South of the UK. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed regional sales targets, delivering strong commercial results.
• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across the region.
• Build, develop, and strengthen high‑value relationships with contractors, consultants and key customers.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to successful deal closure.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential for this field‑based role).
• Valid business car insurance.
• Minimum three years of proven sales experience in ventilation or related product sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong track record of building and managing customer relationships.
