Regional Trainer – Adult Care Learning & Development

About the role
We are looking for a Regional Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for staff across our Northwest cluster of homes and services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care through innovative learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop bespoke training curricula aligned with regulatory standards.
- Deliver blended learning sessions using e‑learning, face‑to‑face workshops and on‑site observation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observation and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure training is cost‑effective and consistently applied.
- Travel frequently across the region, maintaining a full, current driving licence.
Required profile
- Experience in adult social care and familiarity with its regulatory framework.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being remotely managed.
- Flexibility to meet demanding deadlines and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficient computer skills.
What we offer
- £33,397 per annum salary plus a £7,703.53 car allowance.
- 25 days annual leave (pro‑rata, rising to 30 days).
