Registered General Nurse – Nursing Home

About the role

We are seeking a committed Registered General Nurse to join a leading UK health‑care provider in a modern nursing home located near Griston, Thetford. You will work alongside qualified staff to deliver safe, person‑centred care for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and set care priorities.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Develop, maintain and review individual care plans with residents, families and health‑care professionals.
• Report any changes in residents' health and arrange GP or specialist visits when required.

Required profile

• Qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience working in a care or nursing home setting.
• Strong time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, can‑do mindset.
