About the role
We are seeking a Registered Manager (CQC) to lead a domiciliary care service in Barnsley. This full‑time permanent position will be based in Leeds and will involve overseeing a team of support workers, care coordinators and a Deputy Manager to ensure high‑quality, compliant care for service users.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain CQC standards and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Manage, motivate and develop the care team to deliver excellent home‑care services.
- Coordinate on‑call duties and respond to urgent care needs.
- Work closely with senior management to drive service growth and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
- Hands‑on experience managing a domiciliary care service.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong understanding of legal responsibilities and care standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
