Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities & Autism

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead high‑quality teams supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Based in Greenwich with a hybrid working pattern, you will ensure excellent care, regulatory compliance and promote independence for service users.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop support teams to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care.
- Ensure all locations meet CQC standards and prepare for inspections.
- Promote independence and help people achieve personal goals.
- Oversee safe management of health needs, medication, finances and safeguarding.
- Manage recruitment, induction, staffing levels and workforce development.
- Control budgets and resources to maintain financial sustainability.
- Build positive relationships with families, commissioners and external professionals.
- Maintain accurate records, investigate incidents and resolve issues promptly.
- Act as safeguarding lead and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a CQC‑registered adult social care location.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding legislation.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or working towards it).
- Experience managing budgets, staffing and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £35,000‑£40,000 pro rata.
- Part‑time hybrid role (18.75 hours per week).
