Registered Manager – Supported Living & Domiciliary Care

About the role

Juice Recruitment is supporting a well‑established, values‑driven care provider in Weymouth. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported living and domiciliary care service, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support for adults with complex needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the supported living and domiciliary care service, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, medication management, health and safety and risk management.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, rota planning, supervision and performance appraisal.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, quality monitoring and action planning.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Oversee service budgets, operational performance and support business growth.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing adult social care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities or mental health needs.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills.
• Experience overseeing medication practices, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Recognised health and social care qualification, ideally Level 4 or above.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
