Registered Mental Health Nurse – High Dependency Residential Care

About the role

Our client is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a high‑dependency residential care service in Lytham St Annes. The role involves providing 24‑hour nursing and personal care for adults with mental health conditions in a person‑centred, values‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications in accordance with professional standards.
• Support residents with complex needs using a flexible, person‑centred approach.
• Collaborate with the wider care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Required profile

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
• Experience in mental health care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to person‑centred, flexible and inclusive care.
