Registered Nurse – Care Home

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams at HC‑One. In this role you will provide person‑centred nursing care to residents, supporting them and their families during a vulnerable stage of life while working alongside multidisciplinary professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care and medication management in a nurse‑led environment.
• Assess, plan and evaluate resident health needs, making complex decisions when required.
• Mentor junior staff, act as practice supervisor and assessor for nursing students.
• Maintain accurate written and verbal communication, including care records.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns, completing required training.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Current NMC registration and a valid PIN number.
• Commitment to person‑centred care and professional standards.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and support student placements.
