Registered Nurse – Full‑time Temporary Position

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join Craighead Care Home in Newport‑on‑Tay. The role involves delivering high‑quality, clinically led care while leading shifts and supporting a multidisciplinary team in a person‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health needs and develop, review and update care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor physical and mental health changes.
• Lead shifts, guide the care team, and make timely clinical decisions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with residents, families and external healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care‑home setting is beneficial but not essential.
