Registered Nurse – Luxury Care Home

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our luxury care home in Church Lawton. You will deliver high‑quality, clinically led care for our 60 residents, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing across each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop and review personalised care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor physical and mental health changes.
• Lead and support the care team during shifts, making informed clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold person‑centred standards.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals and senior staff to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making ability.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care‑home setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
