Regulatory Compensation Specialist

About the role

The EMEA Regulatory Compensation Specialist will join Bank of America’s Global Human Resources team in London. Working within the EMEA Regulatory Compensation team, you will help ensure that the bank’s compensation policies and practices meet all applicable EMEA regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify Material Risk Takers (MRT) and support related compensation processes.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to EMEA regulators.
• Produce remuneration committee reports and maintain related documentation.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline compensation reporting.
• Conduct audits and implement controls for MRT compensation rules.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy adjustments.

Required profile

• Experience in compensation, benefits, or remuneration within a regulated financial environment.
• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory frameworks governing compensation.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional partners such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
