Relationship Director – Mid Corporates (Professional & Business Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Director to manage a portfolio of Mid Corporate clients within our Professional and Business Services team in London. You will provide tailored financial solutions, drive new‑to‑bank business and work in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Originate new‑to‑bank opportunities, focusing on debt transactions through direct outreach and a network of introducers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and internal partners to gain early visibility on deals and position Lloyds at the forefront of execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, debt advisers, accountants and lawyers to sustain a robust pipeline.
• Deliver comprehensive banking solutions including lending, deposits and other products to meet client needs.
• Support high‑profile local clients and develop key business opportunities across professional and business services sectors.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing a client base at the Mid Corporate level in the UK banking market.
• Strong network of introducers and ability to generate sustainable deal flow.
• Experience working with turnover ranges of £50m‑£500m.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
