About the role
We are seeking a motivated Relief Chef to join a busy hotel kitchen in Plymouth on a temporary basis. The role offers flexible hours, the chance to work across different sections of the kitchen, and the possibility of progressing to a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team by performing a range of cooking and preparation duties.
- Cover shifts as a Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine, or Head Chef as required.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently under pressure while delivering consistent quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a hotel or similar hospitality kitchen environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £17‑£18.
- Weekly pay (paid each Friday).
