About the role

Join Creative Support Ltd’s St Helens team as a Relief Support Worker, providing person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities. You will work flexibly across evenings and weekends, helping service users achieve greater independence and social inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver respectful personal care, practical assistance and emotional support.
• Promote independence by encouraging participation in daily activities.
• Involve service users in decisions about their care and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and other agencies to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Adapt to shift patterns using the Creative Support app to pick up assignments across the country.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a support or care role with people who have learning disabilities.
• Warm, caring nature with a genuine commitment to improving lives.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and residence within the UK.
