Relief Worker – Part‑time, Camden

About the role
As a Relief Worker you will deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused support to residents within Riverside’s housing portfolio. Working on an as‑needed basis, you will help maintain dignity, health and wellbeing for individuals in a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide care and assistance to customers under the direction of the scheme manager.
- Promote and uphold the dignity and wellbeing of all individuals.
- Adapt to short‑notice shift changes and cover shifts as required.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a customer‑led service.
Required profile
- Experience interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassion, patience and empathy.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Positive, approachable attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Team player able to meet business requirements.
