Remedial Plumber – South London

About the role

An established water hygiene and compliance specialist is seeking an experienced Remedial Plumber to support commercial sites across South London. The role combines hands‑on plumbing repairs with water‑hygiene duties, offering a varied workload and opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out temperature checks and water sampling to support compliance.
• Service, test and inspect thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs).
• Inspect, clean and disinfect cold water storage tanks.
• Perform checks on calorifiers and hot water systems.
• Execute remedial plumbing tasks such as removing dead legs and adjusting pipework.
• Complete service reports and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in remedial plumbing and water‑hygiene work.
• Ability to diagnose faults, carry out repairs and improve systems.
• Strong attention to health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive and reliable approach to on‑site work.
