Remote Accountant (Contract, $45-$65/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Accountant expert to join our innovative technology projects on a contract basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, applying accounting expertise to support AI model development and data validation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex marketing and financial data to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and implement standardized rubrics and frameworks for AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accounting accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on accounting principles to inform model development and data validation processes.
• Document and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor industry best practices and integrate them into ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum experience in accounting roles (exact years not specified).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to analyze data and apply accounting knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
