Remote APAC Data & Digital Facilitator (Freelance)

About the role
Decoded is looking for freelance facilitators to deliver virtual education experiences focused on data, digital innovation and emerging technologies across the APAC region. The role is fully remote with variable weekly hours that align with client workshop schedules, primarily between 09:00 and 18:00 Hong Kong time. You will work closely with co‑facilitators and operations teams to ensure high‑quality learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare for each workshop by reviewing exercises, learning materials and understanding the learners’ business contexts.
- Deliver engaging virtual sessions, explaining complex tech concepts with energy, patience and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with co‑facilitators to maintain a balanced pace and tone throughout the workshop.
- Set up and wrap up any in‑person workshops, handling equipment logistics and room preparation.
- Provide written feedback to product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Comfortable with public speaking and educating audiences ranging from career starters to senior executives.
- Confident communicating data, coding or cybersecurity concepts.
- Passionate about technology, learning and facilitating interactive sessions.
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese) is a plus but not mandatory.
