Remote Marketing and Operations Assistant (New Graduate)

About the role

This is a full‑time, remote position for a recent graduate who is organised, digitally confident and eager to learn. You will support the Managing Director by handling day‑to‑day marketing and operational tasks, allowing the business to focus on teaching and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social media posts across three brands, creating simple graphics in Canva.
• Repurpose blog posts and videos into social content and track engagement.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form video using Descript, adding captions and branding.
• Build and send email campaigns, support lead‑generation pages and assist with basic paid social under guidance.
• Load and format blog posts and landing pages in WordPress, perform on‑page SEO checks.
• Manage booking calendars, send confirmations, and keep CRM records up to date.
• Invite satisfied parents to leave Google reviews and maintain a consistent reputation process.
• Pull weekly performance snapshots and conduct light keyword and competitor research.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, preferably in marketing, communications, English, business or education.
• Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
• Confident with everyday digital tools and quick to learn new platforms.
• Some hands‑on video editing experience or clear aptitude and willingness to learn.
