Remote Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced internal or emergency medicine physician to help fine‑tune large language models used in clinical settings. Working remotely, you will apply your diagnostic expertise to ensure AI outputs are accurate, empathetic, and safe for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios covering acute, chronic, and preventive medicine.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers to improve model quality.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that guides next‑generation AI development.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent degree with active clinical practice within the last 3 years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Comprehensive knowledge of acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

What we offer

• Contractual engagement of 20–40 hours per week (minimum 4 hours/day) with overlap in PST.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Potential extension beyond the initial one‑month period.
