Remote Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

Knightsbridge Commercial, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its internal sales function and is recruiting a fully remote Outbound Sales Executive for its Bolton sales function. The role generates leads through outbound B2B calls with small business company owners, discussing the possibility of selling their business. It is advertised as full-time, with a basic salary of £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience and an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with potential clients through outbound B2B calls.
• Work from the in-house CRM system.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner shows interest.
• Deliver service with empathy, diligence and speed, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Ambitious and driven, wanting to progress a career in sales.
• Experience in an outbound cold calling environment.
• Fun, friendly, upbeat, professional and a team player.
• Resilient and able to keep going when things get tough.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and natural rapport-building ability.
• Sales or target-driven experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
