Repair Supply Handler

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Repair Supply Handler to join a leading repair management provider in Manchester. The role involves managing motor repair claims, ensuring timely progress and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage repair claims to minimise delays and keep cases progressing.
• Liaise with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to meet service levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all actions are completed.
• Work in line with FCA, GDPR and company compliance standards.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance, motor claims, accident management or vehicle repairs is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach with capability to meet targets and deadlines.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Excel.

• £26,000 per annum.
• 35‑hour permanent contract, Monday‑Friday.
