Resident Services Associate

About the role

The Resident Services Associate will be the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors and prospective tenants on a Build‑to‑Rent development in Salford. Working within the on‑site management team, you will help maintain smooth daily operations while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, professional customer service and act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries.
• Support day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring communal areas and facilities are kept to a high standard.
• Assist with resident onboarding, move‑ins, move‑outs and tenancy administration.
• Coordinate property inspections, access arrangements, contractor management and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with property and facilities teams to meet service standards and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Gather resident feedback, identify improvement opportunities and support community‑building events.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property, Build‑to‑Rent, PBSA, estate management, property management, lettings or a customer‑focused housing environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Ability to handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
