Residential Conveyancer – 3+ Years PQE – Derbyshire

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a thriving team in Derbyshire. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and networking.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales & purchases.
• Provide clear client advice from instruction through to completion.
• Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining high service standards.
• Develop new business opportunities and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1‑3 years experience in residential property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a busy team.
• Interest in business development and networking.
