Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our thriving team in Nottinghamshire. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales & purchases.
• Advise clients from instruction through to completion, ensuring high service standards.
• Prioritise competing deadlines and manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Engage in networking and business development to grow the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience in residential property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team and maintain a positive work‑life balance.
