Residential Conveyancer – 5+ years PQE – up to £55k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our thriving property team in Teesside. The successful candidate will manage a diverse residential caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a seamless client experience and supporting the growth of our local presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales, transfers of equity, remortgages, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Provide high‑quality client service and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines, handling documentation and liaising with relevant parties.
• Contribute to the development of the department and support potential progression to a Head of Department role.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven ability to handle a varied caseload independently from day one.
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
