Residential Conveyancer – Full-time Hybrid in Sittingbourne

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award‑winning practice in Sittingbourne. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of residential transactions while developing your career within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to clients throughout each transaction.
• Supervise and mentor junior or support staff.
• Assist with marketing, networking and business development initiatives.
• Cover for colleagues during absences and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with conveyancing law and market trends.

Required profile

• Law degree, LPC, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client‑care focus.
• Ambitious, proactive and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Experience using digital workflow tools.
