Residential Conveyancer – HNW Clients – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our high‑performing Property Law department, focusing on premium, investor‑led and High Net Worth (HNW) property work. You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a client‑focused, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and new‑build transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and maintain excellent relationships with high‑value clients and investors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and the full conveyancing process.
• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
