Residential Conveyancer

About the role

Oculus Legal Group, a well‑established regional law firm in Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, working on high‑quality transactions in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.
• Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
• Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues within the team.
• Contribute to the growth of the department by assisting with business development and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and firm procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong commitment to client service and team collaboration.
• Desire to develop a long‑term career within a supportive, ambitious firm.
