Residential Conveyancer (Lincoln)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving residential property team in the Lincoln area. The role offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary based on experience, and a supportive environment where caseloads are carefully managed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide accurate legal advice to clients and liaise with solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and firm procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and, where appropriate, mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, managing a regular caseload.
• Based within an hour’s drive of Lincoln or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (office/remote) setting.
• Strong commitment to client service and team collaboration.
