Residential Conveyancer – Property Law Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a respected Gloucestershire law firm that is expanding its property team. The firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer – whether a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer – to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and investment transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process buy‑to‑let property transactions and investment portfolio acquisitions.
• Manage remortgages, transfers of equity, new‑build and shared‑ownership matters.
• Provide general residential conveyancing advice and ensure timely turnaround for investor clients.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX member or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience at any PQE level with strong residential conveyancing background.
• Ability to work to deadlines, manage a busy caseload and maintain proactive communication.
• Team‑player attitude with a genuine passion for client service.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing expertise.
• Knowledge of buy‑to‑let and investment property transactions.
