Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor – Hybrid Working

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our modern, growing law firm in the North West. The role offers a fast‑paced yet manageable caseload, supporting both individual buyers and property companies, with transactions typically completing within 30 days.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Act for individual clients as well as property buying companies.
• Deliver transactions efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within a supportive team environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX member (or willingness to qualify).
• Ability to handle a busy, energetic workload and meet 30‑day completion targets.
• Commitment to professional development and progression within the firm.
