Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a well‑established private practice as the second‑in‑command of the conveyancing team, with a clear pathway to partnership. The role is ideal for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who wants to develop a specialist career in high‑value residential transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle remortgages, new‑build transactions and transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and opposite conveyancers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
• Friendly, collaborative work ethic with a drive to progress.
• Clear and concise communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Confidence in building and maintaining effective professional relationships.
