Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor (NQ to 5 Years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join our specialist Buy‑to‑Let team in Cardiff (or Bristol). The role offers a hybrid working pattern and focuses on quality, relationship‑led conveyancing rather than high‑volume transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential and buy‑to‑let property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide advice and support to landlords, investors and other property professionals.
• Develop expertise in light commercial property work through structured training.
• Deliver a high‑quality, client‑focused service and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ+), with proven residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong client‑care and communication abilities.
• Motivation to move away from high‑volume work and broaden property knowledge.
• Ambitious, organised and commercially minded.
