About the role

Join a highly‑regarded Legal 500 law firm in Bristol as a Residential Conveyancer. You will manage a diverse portfolio of freehold and leasehold transactions for private clients across England and Wales, with a particular focus on shared‑ownership deals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions and re‑mortgages.
• Provide specialist advice on shared‑ownership transactions and work on housing association panels.
• Maintain high‑quality standards and ensure timely completion of cases.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and support the firm’s national reputation for client‑focused service.

Required profile

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing, especially shared‑ownership work.
• Proven ability to meet high‑quality output standards and take responsibility for cases.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and legislation.
• Experience with freehold, leasehold, staircasing and lease extension transactions.
• Familiarity with shared‑ownership schemes and housing association panels.
