Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our modern, forward‑thinking law firm in Accrington. You will become part of a team that blends traditional legal values with cutting‑edge technology to deliver fast, client‑focused property services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide regular, clear updates to clients throughout the process.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and support the wider team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
