About the role

Join a friendly, supportive law firm in Beaconsfield as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. You will work closely with fee earners to manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload, providing essential support throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Open new client files and carry out AML and ID checks.
• Prepare contracts, legal documents and correspondence.
• Order searches, request title documents and liaise with estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Assist with exchanges, completions and post‑completion administration.
• Maintain the case management system and keep it up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant.
• Demonstrated ability to support fee earners within residential conveyancing.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long‑term career in residential property.

Required skills

• Understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
