Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – East Hertfordshire

About the role

A well‑established law firm in East Hertfordshire is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly, stable team. You will work one‑to‑one with a highly experienced fee earner, benefiting from strong guidance, professional development and a hybrid, flexible working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Draft contracts, TR1s, SDLT forms and AP1s.
• Manage Land Registry requisitions and ensure timely responses.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Support the fee earner in delivering a high‑quality, efficient conveyancing service.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to progress.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Required skills
